The Winter Day Holds Its Dullness Strong
Posted on January 26th, 2008 by Coastpoet
The winter day
holds its dullness strong
and blankets a cold
over the time
like a shroud that covers a corpse
after a life that was.
It is a sense
in a disquiet tone
that tells of the winter day
and speaks of the life that was
covered now where the dullness is strong
and where the cold blankets the time.
